Flavor Fusion Catering and Food Truck We are Flavor Fusion Catering (and Flavor Fusion Food Truck). We are located in Kellogg, ID. We are located in the Silver Valley in Historic North Idaho.

We work in conjunction with the Shohone Golf Club - an amazing location for hosting events with a scenic view of the Bitterroot Mountains. We also offer offsite catering services locally. It’s with a heavy heart that I am announcing the Flavor Fusion Food Truck will most likely not be opening this season. (And, no, I am not selling the trailer.) However, the opening has been put on the back burner. I have a family member who is in the early stages of dementia, and I have been dedicating my free time to helping my family and trying to get all our affairs in order before the disease progresses.

I am still available for catering events, so contact me for your weddings, reunions, graduations, office meetings, etc. I offer client specific menus. You can view sample menus on my website at www.flavorfusioncatering.com - I can get a menu tailored just for you. My food truck menu is also available for events and can be viewed at www.flavorfusioneats.com - I offer off-site catering services, and we also offer catering at the Prichard Tavern.

Finally, I will be cooking at the Prichard Tavern for the season. I’ll keep you posted about what culinary creations I’m cooking up there!

If you or a loved one is suffering from dementia, there are several resources and support groups online. Also, I’m available if you need a friendly set of ears talk to. Thank you for your understanding. I can’t wait to serve you up some dank Asian food in the near future!
