1. NO/LOW SUGAR INTAKE 90 DAYS BEFORE WEDDING. Your skin will be glowing and you may even shed a few lbs. so leave time for a dress fitting. 😉
2. Water Water Water!!! Skin will be hydrated and also helps shed unwanted inflammation.
3. Cut out as much Dairy as possible 90 days out if you have acne issues.
4. Charcoal toothpaste...Hello Brand is amazing...for teeth whitening.
