Can I get a P­-H-A-L-A-E-N-O-P-S-I-S? What does that spell? GORGOUS! - In our book anyway! One question we get asked a lot is how often and how much should you water a phalaenopsis orchid? The answer: Barley and not often! My favorite way to water orchids is to add two ice cubes to the base of the orchid once a week. And even then I often miss a week only to find my beautiful orchid completely nonplussed about it. It’s also advantageous to keep your orchid in a bright sunlit room but out of direct sunlight. Following these simple tasks should keep your orchid happy and in bloom for several weeks (sometimes longer).
