Arena Entry Requirements:
Clear bag policy: The Toyota Center has a clear bag policy. Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed. Small clutches that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" are allowed.

Walk-Through Metal Detectors: Fans will use walk-through metal detectors to enter the building.

No Re-Entry: If you exit the building you will not be allowed to re-enter.

Toyota Center is a smoke-free facility, including v**e pens and e-cigs.

No outside food or beverage allowed.

No weapons allowed.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Ramon Ayala concert, originally scheduled for November 1st, 2024, has been cancelled. Full refunds will automatically be issued within 30 days for tickets purchased online, through Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased at the Toyota Center box office will be refunded within 7 days. If tickets purchased at the box office have not been refunded by Wednesday, January 15th, please contact the Toyota Center box office. All other ticket purchasers must return tickets to original point of purchase for a full refund.

Bring a new, unwrapped toy, bike, gift cards or cash to the RV Toy Hauler just across the lane from the front doors of the Toyota Center. Toys accepted every day through Monday, December 16th at 9am. Weekdays from 6am-6pm and weekends from 10am-6pm.

**Scam Alert**
Tonight we learned of individuals charging attendees of tonight’s concert for parking in the gravel lot across the street. These individuals are not affiliated with the Toyota Center and an investigation is ongoing. If you parked there and were charged for parking please contact KPD at 509-628-0333. We need your basic information to list anyone involved as victims. We unfortunately cannot reimburse anyone or return money due to it being involved in a crime.

🚨THEFT INVESTIGATION🚨

On 11/23/24 at around 2019 hours Kennewick officers working at the Toyota Center for a concert when they were notified about a potential scam.

Officers quickly learned there were two subjects charging concert attendees for parking. These individuals were not employees of the Toyota Center. They were charging people to park in the gravel lot across the street. If you parked there and were charged for parking please contact KPD at 509-628-0333. We need your basic information to list anyone involved as victims. We unfortunately at this time we cannot reimburse anyone or return money due to it being involved in a crime.

The two individuals were identified and we found probable cause to arrest Denickson Duarte Davila. This investigation is still ongoing and charges could still be forwarded for the second suspect.
