Gene's provides year round costume rentals and sales in the Washington D.C. Located in Kensington, Md. we are a family owned business dedicated to providing costumes for theatre, parties, corporate events, video and television and much more!

We are still waiting for our permit from Montgomery County. Nothing has changed since this March post. We are not shopable. There is nothing in our building and no electricity.
However, if you are looking for something for Halloween please ask me. If I have it and I’m able to get to it, I’m happy to help. Thanks!

The costume shop has been closed due to electrical fire in basement since Jan 2. We have no electricity and no heat. There is no in store shopping at this time. We are waiting on restore/repair permit from Montgomery County. I’m available by phone and able to do Easter Bunny rentals and some theatre by appointment.
