I have a few week days open for the rest of October and have plenty of dates open for the rest of the year! Regardless if your looking for a private dinner for 2, catering for a small party, a brunch buffet, cooking classes or some sweet treats for the holidays give me a call or check out my website below🤙 Dates are beginning to fill up though between requests and days off for baking and holidays.

I'm also offering meal prep services and am looking to take on another client or 2. Monday's I prep keto/paleo friendly meals and Tuesday's are more homestyle meals and chef specials. I'm looking into possibly cooking meal prep 3 days a week too so if interested get ahold of me so we can see if it's a good fit!

Who doesn't love some fried green tomatoes? Though not on our prix fixe menu (15% off until Sep 15th btw), we can easily prepare these for any other brunch, lunch, or dinner you book with us on custom menu! Weekends are filling up fast though! Before you know it the holidays will be here too so if your interested in hiring a private chef ask about availability sooner than later!

If anyone is interested in hiring a private/personal chef for any special upcoming events then look no further!

Hi I'm chef Johnathan but you can call me JB, I offer full service private dinning experiences, (meaning I take care of everything from menu planning to cleaning up after dinner) small event catering and even cooking classes for young and old! Currently I'm looking for clients to add to my schedule who may want a weekly or bi-weekly services, but I always make room for those who may want to "know a guy" for a few events over the year or even those special 1 time occasions. I'm also testing a meal prep program with 1 family currently so that may also be an option in the near future, tbd!

I work with all kinds of diets to my best ability, shop and source local, and work with peoples budget to offer a great experience at a variety of rates! I also have a special prix fixe menu where you can pick and choose a combination of predetermined dishes (3-4 course) starting at $150 for 2 people and going up to 8 people total, $25 per person.

Homemade sourdough is great. But have you ever had homemade brioche bread?

Great for sandwiches, french toast and even made into buns for burgers😋 We COULD buy our own bread but where's the fun in that!?

Our updated Spring menu is here! This menu is for 3-4 course full service dinners for 2 people all for only $150 (an additional $25 per person after up to 6 people total!) That includes all shopping, transport, prepping, cooking and cleaning plus all the great make from scratch, in house food too! We have empty books until next month so call and book today!

When we say we make as much by hand as we can, we mean it! Not only can you too try these tasty duck and mushroom ravioli, made with peppercorn pasta btw, you can book a cooking class and learn to make it yourself!

Lil' apple handpies from a dinner last night. Topped with vanilla bean and maple ricotta, homemade of course, thats been lightly brûléed. Even after 5 courses there wasn't a bit left on anyone's plate!

We still prefer to make every menu to order that way we can work with every clients specific needs, but since we have gotten so many questions regarding a menu in general, here it is!

This menu reflects a few different skills and some of the styles of dishes we offer. Simple classics to Asian-Southern fusion.

The $150 flat fee gives you 3-4 courses of crazy good made from scratch food, all while covering the work the chef will need to do before, during, and after the meal has been prepared.

Banana nut muffins with maple cream, hasselback potatoes with garlic compound butter, warm kale salad w/ pomegranate, avacado, walnuts and a zesty tomato vinegrette, and to finish it off a classic French spinach quiche.
