As of today The Coterie will only offer Full Day rentals. All half day rentals that have already been booked for this year will be honored but going forward it will be full day only.

The price will still be the same $130.00 for a full day.

Unfortunately due to so many last minute cancellations starting 12/1/24 we are charging a $25.00 deposit to hold your date that must be paid upon booking via Venmo, cashapp or cash/check. As long as you keep your date you will get it back with your cleaning deposit.

Graduation season is approaching quickly. We are very happy you chose The Coterie to use to celebrate your graduate! Just a quick reminder, we have a lot of back to back events scheduled so please make sure you allow plenty of time toward the end of your time slot to clean up and prepare for the next group of families coming in to celebrate their graduate as well.

In 2020 when we open the Coterie(coat-er-ee), we wanted anyone and everyone to be able to use the venue. Pricing was chosen to allow this space to be affordable to all!

Recently, I was told that a client was canceling their event with me because our space was just too cheap for them. I Apologize if that is a problem for you. We were just hoping to make this building a community place for all to use.

2 large Meeting/dining rooms, fully equippeded commercial kitchen, decorations and linens among other perks make this building nice for rentals.

Please keep The Coterie In mind for your events !!

$130 for full day rental $80 for half day.
