The Coterie is an event space available for daily rent. While we hope to make a lot of changes to this property including making multiple new residential apartments, we can't wait to continue Becky Reed community driven event space. We can't wait to host your next event!

Remember it is always important to clean up after your rental but with Graduation approaching quickly please save yourself enough time after your party to clean for the next Graduate having their party here! This is a time for parents/guardians to celebrate their child’s achievements and we don’t want them coming into the venue and have to clean before decorating.

As of today The Coterie will only offer Full Day rentals. All half day rentals that have already been booked for this year will be honored but going forward it will be full day only.

The price will still be the same $130.00 for a full day.
