Congratulations to John and Jessi Hines on July 27th, 2024!

I had the honor of providing entertainment for a great friend and his wife. I also got to attend a wedding ceremony instead of working one.

They had an unique and very cool idea of providing each table their own cake for dessert along with playing cards and succulents as favors.

Along with a heartfelt speech by daughter and bridesmaid Annabelle and a very well done best man speech, the night also featured some dancing and great socializing with some of the best people on earth!

I also was able to utilize my uplighting which I highly recommend which adds some color to your event.

Congratulations to Dalton and Mara (France) Cochrane on June 29th, 2024!

What a great family and fun time!

We provided sound for the ceremony (which was a little windy) and the reception.

The reception was a great time with glow wands, dancing, and socializing.

The reception also featured Kona Ice. Talk about a COOL reception!

Congratulations to Gage and Bri (Digby) Perkins on June 22nd, 2024!

I almost forgot to take pictures, but did remember to get one with the couple. (Reason 1023 I am a DJ and not a photographer)

This reception included releasing tables with a scavenger hunt that went over well and was a very interactive group of guests.

A lot of dancing, eating, and having fun was had!

Congratulations to Ethan and Audrey Hull on May 25th, 2024

(Yes I know I am behind on posts.)

I forgot to get a picture with this couple, but I did get a picture of delicious cupcakes.

It was a busy day with 2 setups. 1 for ceremony at one end of the building. And the 2nd on the 3rd floor at the opposite end. Thank you to the person who invented elevators, but most of all thanks to these families for a great time!

Me:
"1. No banner or advertising on my setup.
2. No dangling cords or bright colored (i.e. orange) extension cords.
3. Cables and cords attached to poles and hidden out of sight.

If I take this much time caring about the presentation and minor details, imagine how much I care about your event."

I keep a clean setup and try to blend my equipment in with the venue as not to be an eyesore. Same goes with me. Every now and then I get into someone's candid shot

My Granddaughter hired Chad to DJ her wedding reception on December 1st. Chad is very accommodating with a great sense of humor. He also has the experience to organize the activities throughout the reception. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Prior to the reception he was very patient and took all the time needed for the planning of the event. He's got pretty good comedic timing. He has a good knowledge of music as well. He was able to provide all the songs that were requested.
I fully recommend anyone in need of a DJ to engage Chad for their event.

A.) Paying one price for the day that includes everything you need?

B.) Line item charges of different options you can keep or remove?

C.) Paying for a package price for a set amount of time/service and then paying extra for certain items or extra hours?

Not very many posts as of recently. I had a few private parties and class reunions I forgot to take pictures of. I even snuck in a vacation. I usually never think of photographs as I am too focused on the event at hand. That must be the reason I am a DJ and not a photographer. 😂

On Saturday May 6th I had the opportunity to DJ Ridgemont's Prom. Viva Las Vegas was the theme.
Afterwards bowling and arcades with pizza wrapped up the evening for after prom activities.

Great job by parents and staff with the decorations. And thank you for the shirt!!

On Friday May 5th, I had the opportunity to provide music for Kenton Elementary D-Pod's Lūʻau Dance.
You can see some kids (and staff) doing the line dance "Fishin' in the Dark"
