What kind of bulbs can you identify?

These perennial favorites were planted in a mass mixed planting - partly out of curiosity, partly because I'm feeling the winter scaries and wanted to get them tucked away tight before we got any crazy weather and didn't have time to plunge hundreds of individual holes!

Close ups in order: Dutch Iris, Purple Sensation allium, tulip pup from last year's bulbs, daffodil, grape hyacinth, Azureum allium.

There are also some crocus mixed in there, and most likely a few perennial onions in the soil! Should make for a gorgeous presentation in spring!

Want to help The Flower Mom prep for winter? Consider donating your chemical-free bagged fall leaves!

Leaves serve as insulating mulch for our overwintering plants and help enrich our soil with nutrients, making them a vital part of our spray-free practice. If you would like to contribute, please reach out to arrange pick up or drop off of bagged leaves!

For the safety of our plants, only leaves can be accepted - no yard waste or other plant debris. Also, leaves cannot be accepted from areas that have been exposed to Round-Up, chemical fertilizers, or w**d spray. Thank you for understanding!
