It was 15° outside that day... & the hickory & cherry wood treated me right 🤟🏾💪🏾❤️.
Sitting here in a daze thinking about how I'm bout to reverse sear these steaks on Saturday..

& a bacon caramelized onion compound..

My reply at the moment was:
"It's BBQ soulfood with Italian & Tex-mex flavors.."
He told me I was "spot on..!"

It's my entire family's way of showing affection & not cutting corners on certain things to make a profit... its scratch made food with love all in it..
