Tomorrow is the last day to order your Fricase de Pollo (Chicken Fricassee). Its 2 marinated braised chicken thighs cooked in a tomato based sauce with onions, bell peppers, olives, and peas. It is served with yellow rice.

$12+tax for individual orders
$42+tax for an order for 4

Easy to reheat or even freeze for another day.

Pick up is at Little Brother Kernersville on 1/7 from 6pm-6:30pm.

Meal Prep for next week. Week of 1/6. Fricase de Pollo (Cuban style Chicken Fricassee) with Yellow Rice.
Its our marinated braised chicken thighs that are then cooked in a tomato based stew with potatos, onions, green peppers, olives, and a little bit of peas(for sweetness).
A single order is $12 +tax
Order for 4 is $42 +tax

Pick up in Kernersville on Tuesday 1/7. If we get at least 5 orders in Winston or Greensboro, we will add a pick up location.
