We had such a wonderful kick off to our spring season at both the Viking Experience and GalaxyCon. Also happy to have gotten some of our costuming group together!

We’re so very excited to share that we’re in the process of building our first ever permanent structure at one of our favorite faires! 15 years since our founding, but only 3 since our jump into both of us doing this full time, it feels like such a huge step/accomplishment. We’ll finally have a home for all the cool decor we’ve been collecting for “when we have a permanent building”. Can’t wait to share the space with you all! Hope you have a chance to come check it out!

Celebrating today with a little throwback to our wonderful time at the Texas Ren Faire, being our usual goofy selves, and having kiddos make little ornaments.

Winter nights have us reminiscing on our evenings at the Texas Ren Fest with our tent covered in lights and our tree out front. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful season filled with new friends and great memories. We’re already excited to be back next year.

Celebrating with a little throwback to last week when we completed the move of our workshop to a bigger location by finally getting our laser cutter transferred. Huge thank you to all our family members that made it a much smoother transition than what we had prepared ourselves for. We only really had to manage driving the 26’ bed truck. Now to just connect it and get it back up and running. 😬

I generally don't do a lot of special effects stuff on my photos because I don't do a lot of special effects stuff on my photos. So, when I do it, it takes a long time, which causes me to get further behind, and thus I don't do any more as I try to catch up, which means I never really get better or faster and .....Anyway, I like how this ended up, despite the dead-ends and failed attempts along the way.

Shot on location in the Blue Ridge Mountains with Tinker Tank as a Witcher, on a cold, misty, rainy, foggy day. It wasn't the most comfortable day, but the atmosphere was just perfect. All fog and rain real, as are the goosebumps.

Hello from Texas! The past few months have been hectic (seems like it was the case for most people) but we’ve finally settled in, so time for a little update! 😁

Since our last post in July we have moved our workshop to a bigger space, dealt with unexpected family and friend things, divided our workshop in two and moved half of it and ourselves out to Texas for the next few months for TRF! We’re super excited to be here finally and taking a deep breath after all the chaos.

If you find yourself in the Texas area/at TRF, please come say hi! Our booth is 638S and we’re set up close to the camels/elephants and the maze. 😁

Hey everyone! Our little costuming group is growing to the point that serval of the members are going to be able to lead the guided build projects without me, which is great for when I can't be around because of shows. But this also means my tools won't be around for those events so we're putting a toolbox together for each location. We already have one for the triangle folks, so now we're working on the Charlotte one. If you'd like to see the Charlotte regiment of the Ebon Legion keep growing and making even bigger appearances, please consider dropping a few dollars to our GoFundMe so we can keep everyone crafting!
