We also have cut flowers and u-pick flower events, we are only open to the public during flower events. We are only open to the public during our u-pick events because we host private events. U-pick tulips are usually late March to early April. U-pick sunflowers is usually early to mid July. Thank you for understanding.

We received the most special gift today. This picture painted by Art’s cousin Ron Johnson is of the original farmhouse that 8 boys were raised in.
The house burnt down in the early 1960’s. The house was in the middle of the front pasture, where we plant flowers or use for parking.

We are getting all decorated for Christmas! We will be offering the farm for you to come take Christmas pictures. Our first day will be 11/22, this year we will only be open Thursday through Sunday, the last day will be 12/14. We will not be open on Thanksgiving. I will post a link to sign up. The cost is $25 per family for an hour. If you are a photographer, it is $25.00 per family, your clients can stay for an hour. I will keep posting pictures as I get areas decorated. Hanging in there so far, a few more hours to go. On the bright side, we will get to see where our field is holding water. The plowed rows are where we are going to plant our tulips 🌷 this fall. Calling all sunflower lovers, today is our last day. Tuesday 8/6/24. Admission for adults is $13.50 and children over 2 is $5.00 ALL SUNFLOWERS ARE FREE Zinnias are $0.50 and dahlias are $2.00 each. You pay admission when you get here. We open at 4:00. Come get these beautiful flowers. #upicksunflowers #dewberryfarms

How We Began

Art and I met at church in 2006, we had both been through a tragic situation and in 2007 we were the first wedding at Dewberry Farm. The farm has been in Art’s family since 1925. We started hosting outdoor events in 2012 and have been truly blessed by all of you who have choosen to have your special day’s here. In 2017 we hosted our first U-pick sunflower festival and in 2018 we had our first U-pick tulips festival, they were both amazing events and we really enjoyed sharing our farm with the public. Since we host private events, the u-pick events are the only time we are open to the public. We have beautiful flower gardens and a variety of farm animals. Follow us on FB for dates to our events. In 2021 we are planning to expand our cut flowers adding peonies, zinnias and dahlia’s.
