Bella Bloom Floral Boutique is offering a full time position as Store Manager. We are one of the top florists on island producing floral design for luxury weddings and events. On top of events, we have a retail store that offers daily floral deliveries to the island. While we are looking for a candidate with floral or event experience it is very important to find a candidate with managerial experience. This job entails:
-managing staff of about 8 employees: creating the weekly schedules, time management of the day to day tasks, holding team meetings
-creating flower proposals for upcoming events
-daily emails and inquiries
-purchasing merchandise for the store
-helping with floral design and going on event set ups

Qualities we are looking for:
-punctual, professional, trendy, efficient with a computer, excellent communication and organizational skills

Bella Bloom is hiring a part time assistant manager. We are primarily a wedding and event florist that also does day to day floral orders and deliveries. We are seeking someone to help with taking floral orders over the phone as well as helping walk in customers, responding to email inquiries, and eventually with writing wedding proposals. The ideal candidate would have experience in the floral or wedding industry, sales, customer service or management. While most of this position is to support the manager and is in admin and sales we are a team here and you will need to "jump in" where needed... prepping containers, processing flowers, washing buckets, and going on event setups.

Qualities we are looking for include:
-responsible, detail oriented, professional, trend setting, computer savy, team player, punctual

Hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Saturday. Part time with the possibility of full time.

We are looking to add a floral designer to our team! We have daily store orders of tropical and spring floral arrangements but mainly stay busy with weddings and events. Please email us your resume and photos of your favorite design work you have done. While this a design position everyone here is a team player meaning helping prep containers and keeping the store clean is part of the job.

Bella Bloom is open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm with occasional work on the weekends for events and late days when needed.

Responsibilities include:
-taking floral deliveries all over the island. Must have valid drivers license
-prepping floral containers and vases for orders and events
-cleaning the store- washing buckets, sweeping, mopping
-processing fresh flowers
-assisting floral designer
-answering the phone and taking floral orders
-helping customers in the store and cashing them out

This is a part time position with the possibility to become full time as we continue to get busy. We are looking to hire asap. We are open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm with event work on the weekends.
