It's been a few weeks...but here's a good one for you. I, Renee, who does the majority of the planning and design work, absolutely LOVE backyard weddings, and when you have a beautiful home and yard to hold the entire event in, even better! This couple was married exactly 1 year ago, Happy anniversary to them, btw, (I won't say their names or show any pics with people, because the bride is a public figure). She called us to do a simple, yet elegant, mini wedding at her home that would feel more like a cocktail or dinner party that just happened to be a wedding. We understood that assignment, but as we started planning, it became clear that the groom really wanted a more traditional wedding. Tell us what you think of our final outcome...dinner party inside, cocktail hour on the patio and ceremony in the yard :-) s/o to Gerald Reddick of who emceed and entertained throughout.

meet the Marks....this couple wanted a classy setting, that said black excellence, and we understood the assignment. All guests were dressed to the nines in black, offsetting the simple but elegant white settings accented in diamond scatter and burgundy and mauve florals. This was one of our favorite designs of 2021. Join us in congratulating this beautiful couple on their 1st year of marriage!!
