Looking at the Farris Wheel as the venue for your wedding celebration?

The cost to host a wedding at the Farris Wheel is $4000; that cost includes use of the 7200 sq. ft. facility, inside, and the outside grounds area for three days. The first day is usually to prepare and host the rehearsal dinner, the second day is for the wedding and wedding reception, and the third day is to gather up your supplies.

Tables and chairs for 250 guests are available for free on site; your responsibility is simply to set them up and then put them away after being wiped down. If you prefer, the Farris Wheel team can set them up and put them away for a $100 fee. Please note that table linens are not provided by the Farris Wheel.

For $4500 instead of $4000, all three cabin bedrooms and the kitchen are also available for those three days.

Outdoor propane heaters (3) are available for outside heating for a modest fee of $50 each.

Bridal portraits can be taken at the ranch by appointment for no additional fee.

We have a terrific dance floor with a stage; it is wooden and permanent, really pretty. We also have a beautiful fireplace. Both are available at no additional cost. The facility has central heat and air (of course; this is Texas!) and three huge glass overhead doors on each of two sides that roll up and provide access to the 10’ wide patio. You can also use the beautiful grounds outside as you wish.

Please feel free to use any caterer and any DJ or band of your own choosing; we have no restrictions there. We will be more than happy to make recommendations of vendors with whom we have had successful experience.
