I know so many have been wondering where Southern Productions have been.

While the arena is getting a facelift we have been busy creating Kajun products.

For anyone that loves seasonings, fish fry’s, jambalaya, pickles, okra and qual eggs yall go give my other page a visit.

Our seasoning is made with Pink Himalayan salt. Great for so many health issues.

It’s time for everyone to prepare for our final day of the SWAMP POP MUSIC FESTIVAL!!

Today we have one heck of a line up along with 600lbs of Crawfish!

Crawfish tasting will start at 12 so get there early as the line will start forming around 11. $25.00 to taste all 8 teams. (Approx 10lbs)

Crawfish cook off update!

As we were hoping prices of crawfish would stay the same it didn’t happen that way.

With that being said we are still having the competition and there will be over 800lbs of crawfish boiled. Be there early Saturday. Gates open at 12 and does the serving.

The price has changed to $25.00 and that will get you about 12lbs of crawfish.

Teams- you will Cook 3 sacks each.

These spots will run $30.00 more and you pay this at set up. First come first serve.
