5 lbs pork butt chopped and deboned

2 lbs beef shoulder roast chopped

2 lbs white onion chopped

1 cup of hickory smoke allegro marinated

16oz bottle of water

Salt and pepper to taste ( about 1 teaspoons each)

Pressure cooked for 30 minutes then slow cooked for about 6 hours

I baked rice in oven 1cup rice 2cup water for one hour on 350
