It has come to my attention , that several customers have come into my shop to pick up their order , only to find out that they called Commack Florist , the reason is they have created an ad with my name Kings Park Florist which links their phone number. I called George at Commack Florist and he has not returned my calls. My customers were not happen about this and had to go to Commack to pick up their order. My website is www. Recently several customers came into my shop to pick up their order, after checking we told them we have no order under their name. They insisted they called us. After checking the number they called, they realized they called Commack Florist ,but thought they were calling my shop.I called Commack Florist and were told they have their order. I called to speak to George the owner about this situation but he never called me back. I checked into this and saw why my customers were calling the wrong shop. See ad below, Please when looking up my shop on goggle please make sure it’s us you are calling. It’s a big inconvenience for my customers to come here and then have to go to Commack. And they all were very annoyed.. I will try again to reach out to Commack Florist about this situation.
