Hello, all.

I am sad to say that I will be cancelling the event. There were too many things that fell through at the last minute. Everyone will be receiving refunds. If anyone has any questions, this page will stay up for another week to answer them.

Howdy howdy!

Tickets are officially on sale through Eventbrite! There should be a link in the event, but I will include the link at the end of this post too.

They are listed at $20 (plus tax) and include all the aforementioned quest supplies: ambrosia cookies, first aid kit, informational scroll, and decorative shield. Kids will also get a bag to help carry their supplies and any crafts they complete.

While this event is listed for ages 10-17, we will not be checking ages. We just ask parents to keep those ages in mind. Some activities may be too complex for younger children to complete. We want every child to be able to participate and enjoy the event.

Long time no see!

I am very sorry about my absence. I've been unwell, but now that I am (somewhat) better, I have an update!

Due to being behind schedule on all things Camp Half Blood, adult shenanigans will be removed from the roster for this year. We are sad to do it, but unfortunately, it must be done to make sure that everything else runs smoothly.

Tickets will be going on sale on March 22nd, 2024 and will be available through Eventbrite. When those go live, I will make a post and also have them pinned to the top of our page.

Lastly, I just wanted to let you know that we will be releasing sneak peaks and surprises in the weeks leading up to the event. If you have any comments, questions, or concerns, we will be happy to address them.

Good morning, everyone!

We are looking for sponsors to help fund the cabin decorations for a more immersive experience. Sponsors will receive an itemized list of what their contribution was spent on, and we will be adding a sign at the cabin with the sponsor information.

We are also looking for adult and teen volunteers to help run the tents. All interested volunteers will need to fill out an application and participate in an quick interview. Volunteers will be fed and only working either 3pm-6pm or 6pm-9pm.

Sponsors and Volunteers are welcome to request on their application if there is a specific cabin they're wanting to work with.

Currently, we are working with a local bakery to design and plan the ambrosia aspect, and while we are more than eager to share what we have with you, that information will be released once the details are finalized.

Lastly, this is a general reminder that information about adult shenanigans and tickets will be released this Friday, Feb 16th, so don't forget to pop back in then if you're interested.

Hello! As promised, here are the four different 'quest' supplies included with youth tickets.

Supplies will be collected and/or assembled by campers at their randomly assigned cabins.

Ambrosia - Poseidon, Demeter, Dionysus, Hades, and H**e. (Designs Coming Soon)
First Aid Kits - Hera, Apollo, Hermes, Tyche, and Hypnos.
Shields - Ares, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, and Nemesis.
Information Scrolls - Zeus, Athena, Hecate, Iris, and Nike. (Designs Coming Soon)

We're working hard on finalizing the details and designs for the other two quest supplies, and we will get those to you ASAP.

Camp Half Blood is a literary craft and activities festival based around the Percy Jackson book series for young adults and children above ten. It will take place from 4pm-8pm on June 15th at the Riverview Field by V.O. Dobbins. Pre-purchased tickets will be required to enter and will become available on March 1st. There will be a few adult shenanigans with their own limited tickets that will be announced on February 16th.

Youth tickets will include: access to the event, a cabin bag, “quest” supplies, access to all available crafts and activities.

We will be opening applications for sponsors and volunteers on February 23rd. More information regarding that will be released on February 12th.
