I spoke to an Amazing Bride a few months ago. She had such a unique idea with the vision she wanted for her Bouquet and for her Bridesmaids! I said, of course, let's do it!

SO, if you know me, I love a challenge and honestly thoughtful and very apropo ideas come from those who know themselves so well and my mission is to give my precious brides what they want!

She wanted her Bouquet to have 6 very specific colors, terracotta, teal, taupe, turquoise, orange & soft yellow! From this color palette, she wanted each of her 6 Bridesmaids to be represented with one color, but Bouquets to have the same boho style! I love that my bride wholeheartedly put all her trust in me to create her custom vision. Thank You Mrs. Lauren!!

When your selfless buddies need a Silk Floral Spring Wreath for their door, you make them a Wreath for their door!!

I am talking about two special ladies that run the , Sandy & Jackie! These Precious Ladies have dedicated their lives to the lives of many lost/found, abandoned, hurt dogs, puppies, cats, kittens. They relentlessly work on providing services, fostering and aiding in the adoption of these precious animals that are so appreciative of a loving home!

If adopting another furbaby is not possible, we can certainly support this Amazing heart organization by providing food, treats, toys, beds and even cleaning supplies.

I have made it my mission to help in anyway I can! These Women and their staff surely deserve it!

Nine years ago, I decided to follow my passion of designing silk floral products and creating a special niche business, hence Filomenas Florals!

As I have said in the past, starting a small business is not for the faint of heart! So much work, dedication, energy, perservance and consistency is required everyday, every moment.

I sleep, breathe, dream about Florals! It's alittle bit of an obsession... a good one, I think!
I want my clients to feel special and to know that they each have my complete attention and focus on their custom vision, whatever it may be!

Having said that, there are people that played a special part in the origination of my biz.

One special lady, .photography who runs the small business division was the first person I spoke to in 2016!

She was a wealth of knowledge in her guidance on the how to, the social media factor and many wonderful tips on marketing, etc for my business! I am forever grateful to this Beautiful Lady! She also has her own Amazing Photography business, which is listed above. Check it out, she does fabulous work!🫶🏻

When someone asks me what is my favorite item to create, HANDS DOWN, it's the Bridal & Bridesmaid Bouquets!

It's serious business! The amount of details involved in the creation of the perfect Bridal & Bridesmaid Bouquets......the style, the shape, the florals, the color palette, the special embellishments! It takes a village!!

I can't begin to tell you the joy that erupts inside of me when I see the Bouquets grace the wedding aisle and know that I played a special part in it.

It's a cute way to capture the personalities of the couple and the beginning of their marriage with a memorable pose and hold it for the photographer which may be a feat in itself!!
