Happy National Gymnastics Day!

We offer In House Competitive Cheer! Ages 4 and up for boys and girls, this group learns a full competitive cheer routine and competes in the gym 3 times in a season. They learn forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round offs, walkovers, back handsprings, jumps, stunts and dance. This is a great way to learn and experience the world of competitive cheerleading. We also have travel competitive cheer teams at multiple levels, tumbling class for whole cheer squads, tumbling classes for individuals, tumbling clinics and offer private lesson. We also offer squad classes that can include stunts, jumps, motions, tumbling, help with cheers, help with half time routines and dances or what ever your cheer group is needing assistance with.

We offer Kinder Gym classes for 4-5 year olds and Advanced Kinder Gym for 4-6 year olds. These classes are 6 kids per coach. The work on smaller bars and starting learning to use the low bar of the bigger sets of bars. They do the smaller beams and start doing the first of the higher beams. The work cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, backward rolls and much more. They do fun circuits at three different events each class. They work on standing in line, taking turns and encouraging friends, strength, coordination and memory skills at each circuit. We have opened come new classes to make more spaces.
