Getting my Handy Andy on for September's stint with the Secret Emchy Society at Americanafest 2024, and looking forward to connecting with a bunch of Bay Are musician friends I haven't seen in a long time!

Cindy's hustle for this event has been phenomenal and inspiring, putting on four shows, wrangling performers from all across the land, shining an ever-brighter spotlight on q***r country artists, and showcasing the Bay Area scene that I was so fortunate to be part of.

Greeting music fans! My pal Cindy Emch, mastermind of the Secret Emchy Society and general creative powerhouse/badass/q***r country legend, is an Official Showcasing Artist at Americanafest this coming September in Nashville.

She's bringing out the whole band (your Handy Andy on steel guitar!) and is raising funds to support this endeavor - any contribution helps to defray costs and also to support living artists who are making a difference.

Saturday June 15, Eli Conley and Hen in the Foxhouse

Eli Conley is an amazingly talented indie folk/country singer-songwriter, teaching artist, and activist who makes music for q***r and trans folks, justice seekers, and anyone who doesn’t fit easily in a box. On tour from the Bay Area with Joel Price on mandolin, violin, and backing vocals.

Hen in the Foxhouse is a q***r whimsical dream pop band played by Hudson Valley based singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Elena Krell. Classically and jazz trained, the music draws inspiration from social movements, nature, animals, and dreams.

Doors at 7 PM, music at 7:30; free admission, donations taken for the performers
