After expanding now twice, Kingston Athletics is now a new, 5500 square foot facility offering one on one and small group personal training, group CrossFit classes, Olympic lifting and strongman programs, yoga, day care, chiropractic services and more. Both programs are $85/mo for 2 classes per week for maximum benefit or $20 per drop in class.

NinjaFit- Mondays and Wednesdays (play/activity based)
Ages 3-5- 4:30-5:10pm
Ages 5-8- 5:30pm-6:15pm
