Hello, I started face painting about 8 years ago to fill the summer void from teaching. Turns out, it's something I really enjoy doing. I love working with younger children; it's a refreshing change from teaching high school students. And, as a teacher, you can take comfort in the fact that I have all of my safety clearances from the state. I am also proud to say that I am self-taught. Because I

teach, I am unable to get to the training/workshops offered during the school year. So, I do my best to learn new designs and techniques. I keep abreast by belonging to professional face painter forums and blogs. I continue to educate myself through video tutorials and reading. I only use professional face and body paints and glitters such as TAG, Wolfe, Global, Diamond FX.

Come out to support a good cause ... lots of food, and Im volunteering to face paint til 6pm.

Yesterday I painted at a new venue, at least new to me, at Small Town @ KBS in Kingston.
Very nice. I had no idea they offered party services.
I got to paint in my own private booth area decked out like a salon.
