MONDAY 10/14: After spending a week in New England in actual autumn weather all I want to cook are fall recipes! Making this one up... Panko & walnut crusted chicken breasts with apple cider cream sauce on the side, cranberry rice pilaf with almonds, orzo, dried cranberries & orange zest and green bean

TUESDAY 10/15: I have been wanting to make this for a long time. This is a traditional German Sunday dinner... thinly sliced top round of beef spread with dijon mustard and stuffed with sliced onion, bacon, and dill pickles then browned and simmered in with richest gravy imaginable. Served with German spaetzle (egg dumplings) This one is super time consuming so I will be limiting the number of orders I can take so get your order in early.

WEDNESDAY 10/16: Traditional chicken & dumplings made with all white meat, carrots, celery & onions with fluffy drop dumplings.

THURSDAY 10/17: I found this gem of an ingredient last year and just love it on roasted chicken - Pomegranate molasses! I reduce it down along with apple cider and glaze whole roasted chickens with it. A full order is a whole chicken and a half order is a half chicken - both come with pan gravy. Served with my favorite sweet potato wild rice and roasted fall veggies.

FRIDAY 10/18: So this one isn't fallish but it sounds so good to me! Fire cracker meatballs bowls Beef & pork meatballs packed with Asian flavors over coconut Jasmine rice with sesame broccoli with fire cracker sauce on the side made with mayo, Sciracha, soy sauce, honey and Korean red chili crunch.

MONDAY 9/23: Southern fried chicken legs with squash & fresh corn off the cob casserole and a new twist on my loaded baked potato salad. I am going to start with crispy garlic smashed potatoes then add bacon, cheese, green onions and ranchy sour cream for a delicious smashed potato salad.

TUESDAY 9/24: Blackened chicken pasta salad. I keep getting requests to make this again - blackened chicken breasts with spiral pasta, grilled veggies, cheese, artichokes, banana peppers & Kalamata olives mixed together with a creamy vinaigrette. Served with scratch made focaccia bread.

What a great morning it is today! This weather definitely has me in the mood for some fall cooking!

MONDAY 9/9: Pork tenderloin crusted with bread crumbs and walnuts with apple cider gravy on the side, creamy goat cheese & chive mashed potatoes and green beans. Very fallish don't you think?

TUESDAY 9/10: Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with ham, bacon, Swiss cheese and shredded chicken in a creamy cheese sauce served with homemade Focaccia bread sticks.

WEDNESDAY 9/11: Smoked sausage & German lager stew with potatoes & cabbage served with a roasted beet and sweet potato salad with arugula, dried cranberries, goat cheese and a maple vinaigrette on the side.

THURSDAY 9/12: Herb roasted bone in chicken thighs with a cream white wine sauce, artichoke spinach rice casserole made with ricotta and parmesan cheese with fresh broccoli.
