Grateful that we were able to cater for the Windermere Cup again this year at the University of Washington. Last night was the Athlete’s Dinner for UW and Australian Crew Teams.
For appetizers, we Tray-passed Caprese Melts and Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms.
Then we moved on to Plated dinner service.
We served a Duo of Entrees featuring our Wild Alaskan Garlic Salmon and Herb Crusted Beef Tender. For the side dishes we served Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Seared Broccolini and Poached Pear Salad.
