1️⃣ Stay Positive! 🌈 Start with something you love about the rink before sharing your concern. It sets a friendly tone!

2️⃣ Be Specific! 📋 Clearly explain your issue or suggestion. The more details, the better!

3️⃣ Use Private Messages 💌 If possible, reach out through direct messages or emails instead of public posts. It’s more personal!

4️⃣ Be Patient! ⏳ Give management a chance to respond. They may need a little time to look into your feedback!

5️⃣ Follow Up! 🔄 If you don’t hear back, send a friendly reminder. Sometimes things can get lost in the shuffle!
