Perfecta Paella is a private chef service, offering casual buffet presentations to formal sit-down table service of a wide array of themed/stylized menu selections, specializing in Paella but everything is possible. Located in Sebastian, Florida, we serve Brevard and Indian River County and many Central Florida venues.

Very busy, but fun day yesterday helping an amazing couple celebrate their engagement. The Beef and Chicken Skewers and 3 different kinds of paella were huge hit and loved by all. As always the pans had a big crowd around them as I cooked for their guest, and it's awesome to hear everyone say how much they loved the food.
