This is a Cake masterpiece by Chef Khryss. She made this cake last year June 2023 for her mother-in-law's 60th Birthday. 🥰

We only do NON-FONDANT CAKES & only use WHIPPED CREAM on our cakes. We don't use Buttercream (Chef Khryss preference because buttercream is too oily and too sweet) unlike what we use on the house.
