As new opportunities have arisen, we have made the decision to close Christopher May Catering.

Jeremy and I want to thank each one of our loyal customers and our community for supporting our small business all these years. We’ve met some wonderful friends who became family. And we had a great time along the way.

Today we provided lunch for The Osceola Chamber's Board of Directors. On the menu were braised beef tips, roasted garlic green beans, wild rice, farm green salad with ranch dressing and Tahini brownies with chocolate sauce. We met so many wonderful people!

What a great party hosted by our friend Linda Goodwin. We got to see some old friends today - some of whom we haven’t seen since last year. And, we are booked again next year!

Chef Chris knocked it out of the ballpark this evening as we partnered with St. Cloud Levee Liquor & Gas on a bourbon and whiskey tasting for thirty lucky guests. We started off the evening with a beautiful charcuterie board, and then...

🍴Lime, tarragon and ginger shrimp and sweet potato latkes with blackberry BBQ sauce

🍴Guinness Irish beef stew with buttermilk biscuits

🍴Irish whiskey individual pecan pies with whiskey infused cream.

All this paired with only the best bourbon and whiskey from St. Cloud Levee Liquor & Gas. We had a great time and we're already looking forward to the next event!
