uced me to the artist life, as I grew up helping them create natural handcrafted bath and body products for their small business (All Things Herbal). With all the creativity of that lifestyle, I knew the artist life was for me! Most of all, I love to create/capture beautiful and meaningful things. Photography and videography have grown into my favorite ways of capturing the art of life. I love getting the shot that radiates emotion, the shot that keeps you looking back at it. I love editing raw footage into gorgeous memorials of special moments. It is an art of taking what is already there, something that is real and that happened, and capturing it to remember for always. Real, simple things are my favorite things. Laura Ingalls Wilder once said, “It is the sweet, simple things of life which are the real ones after all.” Ever since I saw her quote, I have kept it close to my heart. ✨ Looking forward to 2025 and all the experiences it will bring!

We’re ringing in the New Year in our motorhome, heading back to Pennsylvania from a heartwarming holiday visit with family and friends in Minnesota and North Dakota 🥂

Next week, I’m kicking off the year with a refreshing retreat in 30A, Florida, alongside some of my favorite photography friends from my LTL mastermind group! It’s been a while since our last meetup in Savannah, GA, and I can’t wait to reconnect. While this trip is business-focused, I’m also treating myself to some much-needed self-care and adult time 😉—though I’ll definitely miss my three little ladies at home.

I’m thrilled to start a new chapter for my photography business here in PA. The warmth and support we’ve felt from our new community have been incredible, and I can’t wait to serve new clients in this chapter of my journey.

Sisters by birth, best friends by choice 💕

As I prepare for my daughter’s sixth birthday party this weekend, I can’t help but reflect on the bond between my girls. Watching them grow up together—through the differences in their ages and personalities—has been such a blessing. This photo from a newborn session with three sisters reminds me just how special that bond is.

Rayah is so excited for her Barbie-themed birthday, especially because she’s invited all of her friends from school—both in her class and her older sister’s class 🎀 Their sisterhood is growing every day, and it’s moments like these that make life so full of love and joy.

Are you expecting? The best time to schedule your maternity session is when you’re between 28 to 33 weeks pregnant—this is the perfect window when your belly has that beautiful round shape but you’re still comfortable enough for a photo session. Most of my clients actually book their maternity session the moment they find out they’re pregnant, and I’m often one of the first to know!

Since many mamas also book their newborn sessions at the same time, my calendar can fill up months in advance. If you’re due anytime between now and early summer, this is your sign to book! The ideal session date is about two months before your due date. So, if you’re expecting in May, it’s time to think about booking your session now for February or March.
