Introducing the Finn To Win Invitational Presented by LeaderBoard New England

For the second consecutive year, we are giving away a Finn Scooter to one lucky contest winner from this past season. To determine who goes home with the grand prize, we are hosting the Finn To Win Invitational at Birdie Bar in Waltham, MA on Sunday, April 6th, 2025.

This exclusive event will consist of 10 randomly selected contest winners from the 2024 season, each bringing a playing partner, to compete in a 27-hole tournament on Birdie Bar’s state-of-the-art golf simulators.

In classic LB style, we have several other activities planned to make this event memorable for all attendees.

In additional to the Finn Scooter giveaway there will be an opportunity for teams to win prizes from many of our event sponsors.

We will be announcing the winners next week on Instagram & Facebook.

Event Details:

10 teams of 2 golfers, playing an 18 Hole 2-Player Scramble

Top 4 teams advance to the Championship 9-Hole Finals immediately after the qualifying round.

First round of drinks are on us.

Other activities: $10,000 Putt For Dough, Closest to Pin, Longest Drive, Drink Sampling from Local Sponsors & Live Entertainment!

Only a few “Year In The Numbers” left to count down 2024!

Today we celebrate the 9 magical "Hole In One" moments while shooting the Air Cannon this season! ⛳️

It’s a stat that always seems unbelievable when shared, as these occurred from over 300 yards away! For an average golfer, the odds hitting a HIO from this distance is 12,500 to 1!

The longest this year came in at 375 yards at over the water on North Course #17.

While this wasn’t the most HIO’s we had in a season, it’s still an impressive number, with each one providing an unforgettable moment for the players and event.

Today, we’re celebrating a moment of pure magic! ✨

Congratulations to Owen Gibbons, our only $10K Putt For Dough winner of 2024, for draining an epic 60-ft putt at Pinehills Golf Club in front of a crowd of over 200! 👏⛳️

To put this into perspective, the PGA stats say there’s only a 2% chance of sinking a putt from that distance—making this a truly legendary feat. 🏆

While Owen claimed the big prize, 2024 was full of heart-stopping near-misses and lip-outs that kept everyone on the edge of their golf carts!

The next installment of “Year In The Numbers” highlights how many players we saw on the course. We calculated over 100,000 golfers throughout the season. To visualize how many people that really is, that is more than 5x the capacity of TD Garden! 🤯

Players are the fuel that makes the engine go in the golf tournament world. Your contributions aid in raising money for charities that do amazing work. More on this number in the coming days but thank you for doing your part!

Let’s kick off “Year In The Numbers” in a big way!

Drum roll, please 🥁 🥁 🥁 … we supported 808 events in 2024!

This includes a mixture of our services: Air Cannon, Break The Glass, Putt For Dough, Mega Putt, Live Scoring, High Rollers, Photo/Video, LB Pro Shop, LB Travel, Hole in One, and Mini Links.

Thank you to all the organizers that included us in your events, courses for hosting, and players for participating.

This number is mind blowing to us and showcases how far we’ve come. We still had to waitlist a number of events due to availability but are working hard to support more moving forward.
