It has been a while since I have posted on here. So I thought I would try to get everything caught up to date.

It has been a busy year so far.

I am thankful for my friends and family who are very supportive.

January 2024

January was a slow month.
We only had 1 event in January.
Piqua Christian School, Piqua Ohio.
Dear friends of mine asked me to cater for their school alumni night.
We went over and catered an appetizer table.
It was great getting to see some old friends that we hadn’t seen in a while.

February 2024

February started off with a very heavy heart. I lost my mom on Feb 4th.
She was my biggest supporter.
I miss our talks everyday.
She is greatly missed by everyone.

February was kind of a slow month as far as catering, which was good, because it helped with planning my mom’s funeral and gave me time to help get all of her estate and affairs in order.

I did get to do a Valentine’s banquet for Spiceland Church on 2-10-24.

Thank you to the Lions Club of Middletown for inviting us to cater for the special meeting with the Governor of the Lion’s Club. We always love doing meals for the Lions club.

On 2-24-24 we were honored to donate food and our time for Lindsay's Cheer Foundation Adult Prom. This was a fundraiser in honor of Lindsay Locker who was killed in a car accident in Nov 23. She was a senior at Eastern Hancock.

March 2024

March I did a few taco bar drop offs.

3-9-24 - Baby Shower for Megan Beatty at So-Chatti in Indy.
She looked so adorable.

3-10-24 - We were honored to do the wedding for Brittany Sigler and Shane Ringer at Crystal Coop in Anderson.
Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Ringer.

3-21-24 - We added a new truck and trailer to our catering business.
I love my new truck.

3-23-34 - We did a good drop off for a birthday dinner party for Debbie Turner in Knightstown.

3-23-24 - We were able to cater for Paige Skipper and Tanner Curry’s wedding at Whippoorwill Hill in Bloomington.
Boy that was a very cold and windy day. BRRR.

4-12-24 - we had the privilege of being asked back for the Brandywine Bowling Association banquet. This was our 2nd year catering this event.

4-14-24 - We got to go to this adorable little venue called 5 East in Mooresville for the wedding of Brooke Kurtz and Tareq Alqaisi.
Congratulations Mr. And Mrs. Alqaisi.

4-19-24 and 4-20-24
Oh boy…. This was a busy weekend.

On Friday we had our first experience at Sixpence in Whitestown. Absolutely beautiful venue. We were able to cater the wedding of Leah Seib and Will Blagburn.
Congratulations to the newlyweds.

On Saturday we had three events

Congratulations to Amanda Baker and James Ping who got married at the Barn at Hamner Ridge.

Congratulations to Emily Greene and Brayton Harrison who got married at Willow Lake in North Vernon.

We also had the honor of catering another event for Liberty Christian School at Crystal Coop in Anderson. This was their formal Gala. Love these kids and doing events for them.

4-23-24 - We catered a banquet for New Castle Bowling Association.

4-28-24 - We got to be a part of the special day for Candice Leek and Chad Drennon at Folktale in Greenwood.

May 2024
This was a busy month too.

5-4-24
Congratulations to Lauren Conway and Kyle Fogle who got Married at St. Simon’s church in Oaklandon and had their reception at Overlook at Briney Creek in Greenfield.
Best Wishes to the Newlyweds.

We also were able to be a part of the wedding for Lindsay Freudebsteib and Caleb Horine who got married at Lizton Lodge. Congratulations to Mr. And Mrs Horine.

We also got to be a part of a fundraiser event for Greenfield Community Choir. The event was held at Trinity Park in Greenfield.
We also had the help that night of some adorable teenage kids who were a huge help.

5-5-24 - this was a memorable day.
We were on our way to the a wedding at Stone Creek Lodge (which is an absolutely beautiful venue) and on I-74, going about 75 miles an hour, Our trailer came off off the hitch. The lord has his hand on us that day. Nobody was hurt, barely any damage to my truck, had to get a new bumper.
Thank you to my son Spencer for coming to our rescue.
Anyway—- we made it to the venue 5 mins before the wedding was supposed to start and we were able to get unloaded and set up the appetizer before the ceremony was over and had dinner set up and ready in plenty of time.
Congratulations to the beautiful couple of Elena and Zachary Rooze. They were a very sweet couple and we even got to see another couple that we did their wedding last year.

5-8-24
We got to participate and be a part of honoring teachers and staff for two different schools on National Teachers Appreciation.

We made charcuterie cups for Brandywine Elementary.
We also did a pasta bar for Eastern Hancock elementary.

5-11-24
I did a food drop off for a birthday party for a family that has become very dear to me.
Thank you to Kendra Fulkerson in New Palestine. I have catered several events for their family and she has referred several people to me.

5-17-24 - we were honored to travel to Columbus, Indiana to cater for a Marriage Retreat for Bethel Baptist Church from Greenfield. They are a group of very special people.

5-18-24 - we were able to be a part of Heather Carroll and Evan Shorter’s special day. They got married at Memorial Park in New Castle.
Congratulations to the Newlewed’s.

5-19-24 - dropped off food for a baby shower for a special family who have become very dear to me.
Thank you to the Fisk Family.

We also had the honor of catering for the Cheerleading Banquet one again for the GU Shamrock Cheerleading. This was our second year catering this event.

5-25-24 - We were able to be a part of the special day for Sierra Tharp and Dennis Klinefelter at their families property in Indianapolis. Congratulations to Mr. And Mrs. Klinefelter.

5-31-24- we were able to celebrate with Ashley Zody who graduated from Shenandoah High School. Thank you to her family for asking us to cater this event at Tri County Golf Course banquet room in Middletown.

June 2024

6-1-24- We catered the wedding for Mr and Mrs Thomas at Mill Race event center.
It rained that day, with some minor adjustments they still had a beautiful ceremony.

6-2-24 - I was able to celebrate with Tyler Thompson who graduated from Knightstown High School.

6-2-24 (I am just tired thinking about this day- LOL). It was a very very busy day.

I did a taco bar for my neighbor’s who was celebrating a family members birthday.
Thank you Bailey and Cayden Starkey for asking me to cater the food for your event.

I also did a taco bar for Denise Peacock (owner of Boondocks) for her son’s (Henry) graduation. He graduated from Knightstown High School.

We are a part of the first annual Daisy Road Wedding Expo at Belgian Horse Winery.

We also celebrated with Cash Looper for his graduation from Greenfield Central High School.

We were also honored to be a part of the wedding for Kayla Kohlman and Donovan Meyer at Into the Woods in Greensburg.
Thai is a beautiful new venue.
Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Meyer.

This was also a memorable day…. We pulled into the venue and blowed a tire. Well at least we were at the venue. We were going to be there for a few hours so we had plenty of time to get it fixed.. thank you to my son Spencer again for coming to my rescue.

6-16-24 - We spent Father’s Day celebrating with Brandelyn and Wyatt at Sixpence. This was a very special wedding to me and I was honored to be a part of this special day. Brandelyn is like one of my own kids.
Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Turner. Wish you the best of luck.
Thanks to Brandelyn I came out of my comfort zone and dad a charcuterie/grazing table for her wedding. It was a huge success and we loved it.

6-21-24 - we were able to celebrate a little early with Gavin and Caylie for their rehearsal dinner at Wild BlackBerry Farm in Fortville. This was my first time catering at the venue… it is a beautiful venue.

6-22-24 - we had an off night and my staff was able to attend Purse Bingo at Boondocks. It was a fundraiser for the Academy of Knightstown.
Our table one 3 of the 12 purses. YAY!

6-28-24 - We drove to Heltonville Indiana for the wedding of Kali Stahl and David Kent at Laurel Mill.
Congratulations to Kali and David Kent.
It was a beautiful ceremony.

This was after a bad storm going thru Bloomington a couple of days before and a lot of people were without power and alot of trees were down.

6-30-24– got to do our 2nd Charcuterie/grazing table for a friend’s dad’s ceremony.
Thank you Christina Steigerwalt for asking me to do the table. We had a lot of fun doing it.

Ok. I think I am all done now. All caught up to July. Now hopefully I can stay caught up and post on a regular basis.
