As some of you know, but many of you are just finding out, Jeanne has made the difficult decision to close Silver Leaf Florist. This decision did not come easy, but moving forward she needs to be able to put her focus into getting David better. These past few weeks have been physically, emotionally, and mentally draining for her. I’m sure when she gets a moment to catch her breath she will address all of you lovely people who have kept her in your thoughts and prayers. On her behalf I would like to thank all of you for your support over the years. I have been a designer at Silver Leaf for a little over two years now, and I can say without a doubt we have the most loyal customers.

With that being said, I would like to ask you all to join in on my excitement as I open my own florist. Taking the experience and friendships I have gained and give you all the quality and unique designs you have all come to expect. I want to raise the bar even higher, adding new exciting things along the way.

Bianca Rose Floral Design (named after our two girls) will be opening at the same location.

Bear with us as we have remodeling projects and building repairs in the works over the next few weeks. I will be open for orders and back to (almost) normal hours next week. (11/27)

As many of you noticed, Silver Leaf was closed last week. Unfortunately we will be closed again this week. We appreciate all of you that have reached out. Jeanne can see your comments and messages and her and David are so appreciative of your thoughts and prayers sent their way.

I will be filling our commitments to this weekends events, so if you’re booked with us don’t worry! All is well, your flowers are arriving as scheduled. I am so excited to share the beautiful pieces we have planned.

To everyone else, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but keep an eye out for an announcement about new and exciting things happening in the weeks to come!

PSA: Bare with me, this will be a long one.

We have always done our best to be very accommodating to our last minute customers, making same day deliveries possible as much as we can. However, our schedules stay very much full, our flowers go quickly! We are “in the thick of it” both as a business (booked for many weddings and events) as well as in our personal lives.
We can’t stress enough the importance of preordering your flower needs. This helps insure we have what you need/want, as well as helps with arranging delivery drivers. Aside from time management and delivery route planning, I’m sure we can all agree that high gas prices means that our driving needs to be streamlined.

Things to keep in mind when ordering a delivery-
We have delivery order minimums in place that adjust based on distance.
Calling the shop directly is best when you have special delivery requests for your order. These details can sometimes get lost on online orders.
Our typical routine is that deliveries are headed out the door late morning, and we only go out once daily for deliveries. (Again why preordering is important)

Another thing I would like to ask of our incredibly loyal customers is that you please call the shop with your orders, questions, and needs. Facebook is not a good place to communicate for ordering. As well as, requesting that those of you who would often place orders with Jeanne directly via text, her personal cell phone, or messenger, PLEASE place your orders with one of us at the shop. Jeanne does a great job taking care of you all, but she is juggling a lot personally and it would be so greatly appreciated if you directed your needs to us at the shop (as well as keeping her in your thoughts and prayers)
