We had a wonderful opportunity to cater a fundraiser luncheon for The Manor at Northgate Terrace this afternoon. It was a pleasure to meet so many great people including Mr. Bill Williams. We offered chicken and wild rice soup, sausage and tortellini soup, and vegetable soup. Sandwich offerings were chicken salad croissants and a ham, apple, and brie panini. Lastly for dessert we had peppermint brownies and a homemade carrot cake with cream cheese icing.
