Reenactments of wars past and depressed times are prevalent...and overdone. Bloody fields where stately speeches are delivered are constant reminders of every assassination and holidays of death anf discrimination are well covered. And the world is dark, full of sadness, and depressed, hopeless, anxiety-filled people who have become addicted to feeling numb.

But, where might you go and step into a Chicago Speakeasy during the Roaring '20's for a night of dancing and bootleg whiskey? Where can you attend a Masquerade Ball in Parisian decadence or a sultry Burlesque with an Absinthe and can-can dancing parade? Why can't you wander upon a gypsy circus caravan and watch dancers sway around a roaring fire and dance, clap and sing along, and have your fortunes told while dining on a spit-roast hog and wine until you fall asleep under a warm, summer moon?
Why must you always escape into a world where actors and actresses provide the embodiment of the fantasies that you, yourselves, desire?
