The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation’s ProStart Program had its Cooking Competition at the UT Conference Center.

Each group of high school students prepared an appetizer, entree, and dessert for the judges.

They used the ballroom for the cooking stations, small meeting rooms for breaks and judging, and the dining room for lunch.

We provided our on-site catering for about 100 participants and guests.
