I love all sorts of cuisine, but I have a particular flair for Americana, Latin American, and Asian. Fresh seafood is also a passion of mine. Events range from informal and fun gatherings to full service weddings. Over 20 years of cooking experience, but new to the Knoxville area!

mini cucs 3/4" or so. My kids woofed them in the parking lot before we got out of the Brattleboro Coop. Slightly acidic, delicious raw.
