FAQ: How do I show my e-ticket to get in?

We need the ticket barcode, not the receipt.
Steps to Download Your Tickets:

From your email receipt: Download directly.
From your account:
Log in and go to MY ACCOUNT.
Navigate to MY ORDERS.
Click the download button for each ticket.
Show the barcodes on your device or print them out. Have them ready to speed up the entry process.

Ticket Scanning:

Scanning starts outside around 8:30 AM before doors open.
VIPs: Skip to the front with your VIP lanyards.
