I am a lifestyle photography based in the beautiful state of Tennessee. For almost ten years now, I have been involved in photography. It has been something that I have grown more in love and passionate with throughout the years. The first years were all about learning. Gaining new experiences, shooting with new cameras and equipment, learning from other photographers, and so on. Now, it's all ab

out growth and continuously doing what I love to do. I believe stepping out of your comfort zone is essential. Photography allows me to step out my comfort zone time and time again. I'm currently finishing up my college career at Tennessee Tech University and will have a bachelor's degree in International Business and Cultures. I hope to one day be in a career field that allows me to work with photography and be able to travel around the world. As a photographer, it is my job to tell a story. I cannot wait to tell your story one day.

At home with the Reaves. ♥️
Growing up, the Reaves household was this safe space that so many of us retreated to. If you were besties with Abby and Sara, you became besties with the whole family. The stories we could tell about our high school years are endless. But the one thing I’ll never ever forget was how loved and safe I felt when being at their parent’s house. And that all still rings true today. 📸 And to get to now photograph their babies with them at the same house- that’s such an honor.

🍋 I love going back through time when I visit these photos of a trip to the Amalfi Coast a few years ago. When I see them I instantly remember the bright, colorful buildings. The golden sunsets. The slow mornings of cappuccinos. The long evenings of wine. The crisp sun. In my mind, I’m always in Amalfi. 🇮🇹

Back in October, I had the honor of photographing for ’s upcoming holiday issue. 📸 Ben is an artist who creates unique items from metals, while his wife Lael runs the business side. They’re a dynamic duo. I loved getting to step inside Ben’s world and photograph him in his studio and to hear the story of his career. 💙 The people we get to meet in this crazy thing we called life is never lost on me. I should post myself on this account more. 📸 I’m Taylor Martin, a documentary photographer who loves telling stories. Throughout the year, I’ve been creating shots for what I’m calling a Self-Portrait Series. Is there a story to it? I’d like to think so. Or is it a way for me to challenge myself and create something different every month? I’d say that’s true as well. Next month, I’ll share them all on here since it will be the final month of the year- crazy, right? But here is November.
