The Southern Depot was built in 1904 as an accessary to the Knoxville Railway train station terminal. The beautiful restoration has put this building on the National Historical Registry in Knoxville. Catered by The Foundry on the Fair Site, this building hosts weddings, fundraisers, rehearsal dinners, and more! The Depot accommodates parties of 50-200 guests.
