Our Story

Brick Oven Bus, (aka B.O.B.,) was founded by John and Candy both with a passion for cooking and a love for great food. Looking for a new adventure from their ornamental iron business, we decided to follow our dreams and start a mobile wood fired pizza business.

When looking at our mobile unit options, we were unable to find the right set up, so we decided to build our own. We thought what cooler than a school bus, it has plenty of room for a kitchen, ability to hold the brick oven and people can see thru the windows as their pizza’s are made from start to finish.

We found the bus in NY and decided to go for it!!! We flew John’s Dad to NY and he drove the bus back to Tennessee and with the help of family and friends, B.O.B. was customized into a one of kind wood fired pizza bus with a fully self-contained commercial kitchen.
