The aftermath of Hurricane Helene has been catastrophic, especially for our mountain neighbors in East Tennessee and the Carolinas. Our hearts have been grieving for these families and communities impacted and devastated by the damage.

In light of this unprecedented event, we have decided at Loveliest to turn our bridal gowns into a source of hope and support. For the months of October, November, and December, we will donate $100 from every Special Order wedding gown directly to relief efforts organized by Samaritan’s Purse.

Just as a wedding day symbolizes the beginning of a new chapter of life filled with love and commitment, we hope that these contributions will help rebuild lives and communities, offering a fresh start to those in need. Every wedding gown carries a story of love and promise, and if you find your gown with us, you will help us extend that spirit of compassion beyond the aisle.

We look forward to serving our brides and our communities with love. Thank you for being on this journey with us.

We’ve helped so many brides find their dream dress at Loveliest and created memories that will last a lifetime while wearing their special gown.

And one year ago today, I experienced the same as I walked down the aisle as a bride. ✨

When I found my gown at Loveliest, I never dreamed I would work in the bridal industry—much less own and work in Loveliest with my mom (talk about the stuff of dreams!)

I look back and sometimes wonder how it all came together with planning a wedding, buying a business, and learning how to run it and provide brides with the same intentional experience I’d had. It was a huge, life-changing decision—one that I talked over and over with my fiance, Paul.

He was there at the beginning cheering me on to go for this opportunity. He was there through all of the ups and downs of owning and running a small business.

And he was there at the end of the aisle waiting for me on our wedding day.

The first year has flown by but been oh so sweet! I can’t wait for all the adventures in store for us! Happy first anniversary to my forever dance partner!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!

We are blessed to be a part of so many sweet moments between mothers and daughters at our boutique! It truly is an honor to service our brides and their families!

And an especially happy Mother’s Day to my mom, Margaret, who is the mother of our mother/daughter duo at Loveliest! The boutique wouldn’t be what it is without her! I’m grateful every day for her as a mom, a business partner, and my best friend! 💕 Working with mom is such a blessing!

We absolutely LOVE seeing brides on their wedding day and sharing our Real Loveliest Brides with you! Today we’re featuring Caroline who found her loveliest dress with us!

She chose a beautiful Pronovias gown with exquisite details—from the delicate Swiss dot lace to the pearl buttons down the back. This gown was so soft, romantic, and dreamy and the perfect complement to her gorgeous outdoor spring wedding! The flowy skirt combined with a slit made this dress light and airy and unexpected!

And we love that she paired her dress with a handmade Sara Gabriel veil of delicate fringe lace! The veil was the crowning touch to her dress and looked like it was made to go with her gown! We couldn’t imagine a better pairing!

Caroline looked stunning in her dream dress, and we are so happy that she was a Loveliest bride!

During your private appointment, we take the time to get to know our brides and really listen to what they are searching for in a wedding gown. And sometimes that means getting creative and helping them think outside of the box to customize a gown that’s just perfect for them!

That’s exactly what happened at Ciara’s appointment, a real Loveliest bride who came to us from out of town during her Spring Break and found her dream gown with us! We worked with Ciara to discover her style, stay within her budget, and create a wedding look that took her breath away!

We were SO happy to be able to create this special experience and gown for Ciara! She came in thinking she would just try some different styles on to see what she liked, and ended up finding the perfect dress with us!

Sarah and I had the pleasure of being guests at Tennessee School for the Deaf yesterday for a luncheon given by the school in appreciation to the community and local businesses in the area. The children were our servers and then presented a program and even taught us some sign language!
They were so professional and so cute in their outfits and really worked hard. Thank you to Jeanne Fair for inviting us as Island Home residents and business owners of Loveliest Bridal. It was such a lovely day!💜

Beauty. Grace. Timelessness.

These are the words that we often hear from our brides describing how they want to look on their wedding day. And we love when they share their inspiration images of wedding dress looks with us!

And that got us to thinking about gowns we have in our boutique that have clearly been inspired by famous wedding dresses and brides---just like Grace Kelly’s iconic wedding dress and our Ceeylo gown by Pronovias!

When actress Grace Kelly married Prince Rainier of Monaco in 1956 she needed a gown fit for a princess! She wore a custom-made gown of antique lace, silk, and taffeta. A high neck, long tapered sleeves, cummerbund waist, and full skirt made this gown fit for royalty, and took 35 wardrobe department specialists from MGM 6 weeks to create under the direction of famous costume designer, Helen Rose.

For a similar wedding look, we have Ceeylo by Pronovias in our collection, with a similar lace bodice, high neck and sleeves, full satin skirt, and cummerbund waist. This gown is STUNNING for brides who want a modest and classic ballgown, and especially beautiful for fall and winter brides. For brides getting married in a cathedral like Grace Kelly, this would be gorgeous!

Ever wonder what an appointment with us is like? Check out this glowing review from a recent Loveliest bride, Sarah G.!

We actually spoke with Sarah on the phone before her appointment when she called with some questions about trying on gowns. She said she had seen TikTok videos talking about how awful dress shopping experiences could be—everything from not having dresses anywhere close to a bride’s size to the bride even feeling judged and pressured by stylists.

We assured Sarah that first and foremost, we wanted this to be a fun, relaxing, and stress-free experience! We don’t call ourselves Loveliest just because we have lovely dresses—we also believe in creating a one-of-a-kind private shopping experience for each and every bride that takes the stress and pressure out of finding a gown! We also assured here that we have gowns in a variety of sizes and styles!

Sarah looked AMAZING in every gown she tried on! But there was one gown that made everyone’s jaw drop and had the WOW factor she was looking for! Sarah went from being nervous about coming in, to taking everyone’s breath away and saying yes to the most incredible dress!!

THAT is what Loveliest is all about!! We want to make this experience lovely, and help you find the dress that makes you feel the most beautiful! Sarah actually had other appointments booked for the day, but ended up cancelling them!

That’s right—it was her first AND only bridal shopping experience and she found “the one” and knew it was her dream dress!

We love sharing photos of our brides and today we’re featuring Real Loveliest Bride, Brooke! She came to us looking for a gown that was romantic, ethereal, and timeless. Brooke was such a sweetheart during her appointment, and you could tell she had an artistic eye and wanted a gown that captured her dreamy artist’s style.

Long sleeves or a dress with a unique touch was a must for Brooke! She came in with an inspiration photo of a dress we didn’t carry, so we put our heads together and started brainstorming. Through styling her and listening to what she liked and didn’t like, we helped her find THE dress that stole her heart. It was equal parts romantic, and classic, with just a touch of bohemian—exactly what Brooke was looking for!

We are so happy we could make Brooke a Loveliest Bride! She’s a beauty inside and out!

🤍 Not your typical Loveliest appointment (45 minute appointment—decisive brides, this is your time to shine and find your dream wedding dress!)

🤍 $25 required to book your appointment. If you say yes to the dress at the Sample Sale event, your $25 goes towards the purchase of your dress!

🤍 No more than 4 guests permitted at the appointment.

🤍 Credit card or cash only. No partial payments or checks.

🤍 No holds or carryovers. Dress must be purchased that day to get the Sample Sale pricing.

🤍 Sample Sale gowns are not perfect and may require some minor repairs or cleaning, but they are in good condition.

🤍 No regular stock gowns will be available to try on, only gowns in the Sample Sale.

We’re looking back on some of our favorite bridal portraits we’ve received, and Lila’s photos STILL take our breath away! Lila got married last November at Wightman Chapel in Nashville, Tennessee and had these stunning portraits taken.

She chose a simple Pronovias crepe gown with delicate rhinestone beading along the neckline and paired it with her custom Sara Gabriel veil with horsehair hem and beading along the edge. Her bridal look was classic elegance through and through! We love how she chose to style her wedding look as well as her gorgeous venue! Swipe to the end to see more!
