Galen & Connie are married! I can't believe we're here, but this was my last wedding for 2024! What a way to end the year! This beautiful couple wanted to exchange rings and vows by candlelight. They had an intimate, gorgeous, heartfelt wedding. Their children officiated the ceremony. How cool is that?! I know I say this all of the time. Jenna, Gage, and...? Sometimes simple is so beautiful that it speaks for itself. This gorgeous couple does not love the cold. I won't say which one I'm really talking about;) So we opted for a simple indoor setup that put the focus all on them. I think they are about to enjoy their last set of simple and quiet holidays. Meet Malcolm. He's just as beautiful as I knew he would be! When I arrived at their home for this shoot, Ali apologized and said she felt unprepared for this shoot. Last time they had planned outfits. She was worried the house wasn't immaculate. She said this shoot will be real! lol. First of all, they were gorgeous and the house was great. But, I am here for the real. I like a pretty picture I'm sure even more than the average Joe. But the real?? LOVE that! Sometimes babies cry and need to eat, kids jump around, life stuff. But who wouldn't want remember all of that?? I am the luckiest to get to document it all. Congratulations Duffy family!! Enjoy every baby snuggle and real moment along the way. xoxo

Brett & Amanda are married! You've probably heard a million times that rain is good luck on your wedding day. In my early years as a photographer it was my worst nightmare. But now, I now I kinda like it. As long as it's not a monsoon! lol. We just grab an umbrella and embrace it. I think it brings a romantic feel. And that is a word I would choose to describe this beautiful couple's day. They were perfect. Thank you for choosing me to document this special day. Congratulations!!

Sean & Courtney are married! It's an honor anytime someone chooses you to document their wedding day. But when that someone chooses to fly you to them, I'm especially grateful! I could not have been more excited to be there for this beautiful couple and their adorable little girl. They had already eloped, but chose this day to be sealed in their temple and celebrate with all their family and friends. We ended up taking pictures for several days and I have so much beauty to share I could just pinch myself. I'll have to break this up into multiple sneak peeks. So before I leave for vacation...Part one.

Noah - Class of 2025. Sometimes, if you pay attention, you'll see them do things that are just habit. Then that photo just feels like them. For Noah, he runs his hands through his hair. Granted it was a windy day. But as soon as I saw him do it, I knew we needed that photo. We're always gonna get the ones of them looking directly at the camera with a smile. Tony & Morgan are engaged! Most people think summer when they think of the beach. But this stunning couple chose to do their engagement session there in the fall. He proposed at the beach so it was the perfect choice. They are like a walking advertisement. They made the beach look good! lol. And now excuse me while I go order a sweater like this...I have the sudden urge to go for a long walk by the water in a cozy sweater. I won't because I am glued to this editing chair day and night until I catch up. But a girl can dream;)

Zach & Ashley are engaged! Talk about the sweetest people! We had to reschedule their original date because of weather. And the fall gets crazy busy. So I nervously suggested a sunrise session. And they told me they would be morning people for this shoot! lol. And the very early and cold morning of, they even txted me to see if they could bring me coffee. How sweet is that?! Then they were just amazing in the early morning cold. Their chemistry was as sweet as they are. I am the luckiest to be working with this beautiful couple.

Michael & Courtney are married! I just got back from voting. I must admit I'm more than a little worried about the division in our country. So now that I'm home I'm going to focus on the good things. Editing these wedding photos for this stunning couple reminds me that people still come together. Michael and Courtney's family and friends all came together to celebrate the love of two people and the start of a new family. What a beautiful reminder of unity. Congratulations Michael & Courtney!
