Our north folks! This Sunday will be our last crawfish boil up north til next season!
Come out to the flats and enjoy some slinkys crawfish and some cold ones! We will also have our famous crawfish dip, crab, and shrimp as well.. thank yall for all of your continued support on the 2024 crawfish season

What a day! Just wanted to make a mass message to all fellow customers, family and friends that we apologize for the technical difficulties today. We got our permits with everything running correctly burners, fryers, etc and prepped for 8 hours last night to try and get ready for the big day just to run into a handful of problems with the trailer and we apologize for it… we hope that every single person that Atleast got their fried food today and other entrees were happy and satisfied! We spend hours coming up with everything made from scratch to be different then other competitors. We are going to take a few weeks away from the food truck and just do crawfish until we get the gas leaks taken care of, and not having to worry about the food truck almost catching fire again 😅 but again we will be back shortly so they can fix it and we’re back to setting up

Hello all, slinkys will finally begin its journey in the food truck tomorrow Saturday 5/18/24 with the address provided below and start serving at 1pm-sellout…
Little short story and history where the name came from, the family called my pops slinky because he was tall, and lanky. In 2019 he was diagnosed with cancer and we started doing pop ups for crawfish boils and other ways to raise money to help with treatment, he beat it and was diagnosed with another cancer shortly after and after a few short years it took him from us, so I decided to go bigger then just a pop up and purchase a food truck and also naming the company after his nickname to let his legacy live on through this milestone purchase
With that being said before he passed all he wanted was banana pudding!! It was his favorite thing to eat at any given time throughout the day! So we’re going to now offer deserts and they will change every week, but based off of all his favorite deserts to eat. So guess what better way to start the grand opening off with other then his favorite banana pudding. That’s right week one will be banana pudding but limited to only 12

The wait is finally coming to an end! Next Saturday will be slinkys grand opening! Thank you to everyone who has followed us, supported, shared, etc
We hope to see all of our customers, and new faces next Saturday in front of supreme cuts starting at 1pm-sellout.
A lot of people asked about opening and times, but we will only be selling til sell out so don’t miss out
