This time of year we get tons of requests to donate to ball teams, bands, charities, etc. The truth is, we would love to donate to everyone, but the winter is tough for us. We are lucky to break even most nights, but we are still here fighting to get through winter. Come grab some food one night if you can.

We do have an idea though! We only show movies on Friday and Saturday nights at the moment, but we are here doing food only Tues-Thursday. If your team, school, band, etc would like to host a movie night on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, between now and May we can donate a share of the ticket sales if you are willing to promote the event and work the ticket booth.

January Business of the Month: Tinker Toys Rentals

Congratulations to Tinker Toys Rentals! This family owned business has been operating since 2022, offering fun inflatable rentals, for all ages! This is such a fun and unique business, and they have experienced so much growth in the last 2 years!

“Tinker Toys Rentals has been serving Ballard and the surrounding communities since launching in the spring of 2022. We have rapidly grown over the last almost three years thanks to everyone’s unwavering support.

We started out with just three inflatables and have quickly grown our inventory from there. We now have more than 20 inflatable options, portable mini golf, backyard games, table and chair rentals as well as offering full service foam parties! We know that none of this would have been possible without the community’s support.

For those of you unfamiliar with us, we are a true family team. Nick and I lead the team consisting of our four children and extended family who help us out on the busier weekends. You will rarely see us without at least one family member out there working along side us. Whether it’s helping setup, final inspections before leaving you all to enjoy your rental or helping tear down, they know how to do it all. We are truly blessed with such great family support from our kids, parents, siblings and cousins.

We are so blessed to not only be named the business of the month but to be a part of this great community!

We’ve got a SURPRISE! We’ve launched a new website that in the long run is going to be more user friendly, efficient and overall a better experience. While in this launch period, you may find glitches. If this is the case, do not hesitate to reach out if you need help booking or to just make us aware of any glitch you’ve found so we can work on fixing it.
