Event food may be served plated, buffet or appetizer style. Dinnerware is glass, metal silverware and choice of black, white or ivory linens. We have a full bar with bartender service and we will customize bar choices that fit you and your guests. Ask our venue coordinator about our classy wine table, signature drinks and open bar packages. We can set up bar tabs, drink tickets, and/or complimentary drinks and times to enable you to "treat" your extra special guests. Event Schedule:

The most successful events find balance in the arrival time, social period, dinner, music for dancing, and closing. We suggest the following guidelines: Typically 4 or 4:30 ceremony or reception start at 5pm, cocktails until dinner at 6:00 and dancing at 7:30 or 8pm. Evening events should not exceed 7 hours unless previously arranged and ending by 12 midnight. Last call at the bar will occur no later than 11:30pm. Other Information:

Wedding ceremonies are welcome and may be inside or outside with seating up to 200. With additional standing room. Events may be booked anytime from 9:00 am - midnight for 7 hours. Events may extend beyond 7 hours for an additional staff and facility charge of $150 per hour. Our waterfall, bonfire, and spacious deck overlooking the West Channel of the Mississippi are complimentary to all events. Banquet Food Service:

Dinnerware is glass plated with metal silverware and quality paper napkins. Standard table covering is black or white linen. Colorful linen napkins can be made available. Glassware is a combination of glass and plastic for coffee, soda, and bar drinks. Proportion amounts are calculated by the final guest count, allowing for individuals to go through the buffet line once. Hors d'oeuvres and late-night snacks are available to compliment your event.

We do offer buffet style dining which makes for smooth serving of your guests. Plated meals may be available with the caterer of your choice.
