We are a local family-based company that believes in using local resources and natural products whenever possible. We believe people come first and that food brings people together. The Monkey Business Food Trailer provides a fun

food truck experience serving grilled stuffed sourdough melts and savory appetizers with a twist. A favorite at festivals, wedding barns and food truck rallies, the Monkey is sure to delight your guests! Best suited to casual gatherings where folks are hanging out having fun. The Monkey Express Cart provides a traditional stainless hot dog cart featuring Wisconsin style brats and more. Our buffet or action station options can be setup wherever you’re gathering while bringing quality meats and ingredients together for a dining experience to remember. Traditional or modern fare, we can serve anywhere from 100 – 500 guests efficiently. Our Executive Chef will arrive at your home prepared to craft a special meal for you and your guests (2 – 20) and serve you in style. Chef Brandon will meet with you prior to arrange details and finalize pricing.

Burger Fusion Company was created to elevate the burger dining experience. We specialize in gourmet burgers, signature grilled cheese sandwiches, roast beef sandwiches, and smoked chicken wings – all served in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Every dish is made-to-order and our unique menu features fresh, regional, and local ingredients along with craft beers and cocktails.

We use fresh, hand-pattied Certified Angus Beef and other quality meats like turkey, ground pork, ground chicken, ground bacon, and even ground brat. Choose one of our signature burgers or build-your-own gourmet burger. For a truly unique experience, try our fusion burgers for a masterful blend of select meats brought together for extraordinary flavor. We didn’t invent the burger, but we definitely mastered it.
