We have received several calls about the public meeting tonight. The Campbell County Christian Academy representatives will be having the meeting tonight at our facility at 6:00pm to address any questions the public may have. This is for grades kindergarten age 4 - possibly 8th grade. Anyone interested in those grades being offered should attend tonight.

Just a reminder that Campbell County Christian Academy leaders will be having an informational meeting at our center on Monday, May 20 at 6:00 pm. If you have interest in the school for your children, please make plans to attend the meeting. Grades offered will be dependent upon ages of those who express interest.

Cumberland Gap High School Prom

What a wonderful night. Thank you students, teachers, staff, and administrators! Very well behaved group of kids. It looked like they all had a blast! The cafeteria staff provided all the food and they did an amazing job. Tonya Baumgardner, a CGHS teacher made all the wonderful cupcakes and coordinated all of this year’s prom committees theme and decor wishes. We had a wonderful time working with her. Our new draping inside was inspired by the prom committees vision. Thank you Lynn McGhee, Lea Ann and Rachel with Ideal Florals for all your assistance during this project. We still have a few odds and ends left to add but we are thrilled with the new look that will be an option for all future clients.

I just wanted to say thank you to Jacksboro Middle School. Tonight was their formal at our center and it was phenomenal. Every year, I am so stressed and worried someone will get ran over or hurt because of the number of people in attendance. I am so appreciative of the school chaperones and the Campbell County Sheriff’s Department. You all are the best. The kids were very well mannered and I thought it was a huge success. I was so busy outside I forgot to take the first pic inside. Parents, thank you for your patience and the smoothness of the drop off and pick up lines. Parents I do apologize you have to park and walk down to the field to take pictures, but with an event this size, there is no alternative if we continue to allow everyone to come and take pictures. We just wanted to say thank you!
